Login Problems

1. When you sign up CCBill will give you a username and a password. Copy and paste your user name and password into the login box when signing into our members area. This will avoid any errors with the username or password when logging in.

2. Has your membership or credit card expired?

3. Has your password been used on more than three different computers during the past hour?

If you think someone could have got hold of your password information then email us at the email address below. remembering to include your member area username in the email, and we will  reset your username and password.

Canceling your Subscription

If you have reoccurring  membership and want to cancel your subscription then you will need to fill out CCBill’s cancellation form with the information you put on your sign up form. Click HERE to do this.

Download Problems

Films

When downloading our films to a PC  you need to right click on it and save it to your computer’s hard drive. If you are downloading to a Mac then you need to use Cntrl click.

You can then play the film from wherever it is you have chosen to store it.

Photos

If our photos are being downloaded as .BMP files instead of .JPGS then it could be due to one of the following causes.

1. You have Norton anti virus installed. Temporarily disable this while visiting our members area.

2. Your web browser’s temporary internet cache is full. To clear this go to Tools – Options – General and select delete files. Then close all browser windows and reopen your web browser.

Distorted or blurred images

1. Contact your computer manufacturer for the an updated graphics card driver. As an out dated  graphics card driver is the commonest cause of this problem.

2. Go to Window – Control Panel – Display  - Settings and set color quality settings to their highest

3. Update your web browser to the latest version

Corrupt image

If you get a message that the photo image is corrupted please notify us by sending an email to info(at)parklaneproductions.com
